All Jewelry is carefully packaged for a safe arrival .
And the difference between simple or gift wrapping is the box I use .
Simple wrapping will use a white plastic box and gift wrapping will use thick paper gift box design according to the jewelry you purchased.
If you're ordering multiple items as gifts and need them to be individually boxed - just send me a message in "note to seller" when ordering.

Each people have different size of necklace and finger ,necklace length will look longer or shorter depending on your height and neck size.
Please measure your favorite necklace or finger to get the right one for you.

Strand shipping is by China Post epacket ,usually by 2 -3 weeks .
Upgrade shipping is by DHL ,usually by 5-9 days.
Ship out within 3 days except customized order.

►These items are final sale:
* Personalized, custom or special request items.
* Bulk orders (3 items or more whether they are multiples of the same item or different items), either personalized or unpersonalized.
* Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

EXCHANGES:
* If you later want to exchange for a different size/length we typically only charge for Shipping cost. For necklaces & bracelets you also have the option to add an extender. The extender can be purchased in my shop.
* Any return shipping cost are the responsibility of buyer.

RETURNS:
* Returns are allowed on unworn, non-personalized items, and orders that have not been purchased in bulk within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be received back to us within 7 days of contact, and in the same packaging and condition in which is was shipped. All returns require a return authorization number. Refunds will be issued within 5 - 7 business days and in the same form it was paid, less shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer.

ITEMS DAMAGED/ LOST IN TRANSIT
* If your package is lost in transit please notify us right away. We will work hard to track it down. If it never arrives we will replace it. If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package. A investigation / claim may be filed with the carrier and we will either get you a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

REPAIRS
* If you have a broken piece of jewelry that is in need of repair and was purchased from my shop please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on when it was purchased there may be a fee, which will include the cost of return shipping. Message me and I will be happy to get you a quote.

Q1:What is American 14k yellow gold filled wire?
The gold is bonded to the wire and is over 100 times thicker than high quality plated gold.
Durable & tarnish resistant, suitable for daily wear.
Beautiful, affordable alternatives to solid gold, and can be worn by people with sensitive skin.

Q2:Why some piece titled 925 sterling silver but look gold color?
Because it is coated by gold, but is sterling sliver inside.

Q3: Will color difference be great ?
All the photos are taken inside door by my camera.
Try to get the exact color .
Pearls is very detailed photoed, what you see is what you get.
But you should know the gloss of pearl changes in different light.

Q4:I'm sending this as gift directly to the recipient. How Do I include a note?
No problem! On the check out page, click the box that says "This order is a gift" and then "Add gift message for free", then type your message in the box. We will include your note with the package - free of charge.

Q5:What the difference between gift wrapping and simple wrapping?
Gift wrapping will use nice gift box thicker than the paper box use if you choose simple wrapping.
